Hand-balancing is, not surprisingly, the art of balancing on one's hands. It takes intense concentration, lots of body awareness and phenomenally strong wrists. Years of practice are required to master the art.

One can balance in almost any imaginable position on their hands. Some require more concentration, strength, and flexibility than others. One can also balance on almost anything that can hold their weight, but it is recommended to avoid anything that can roll or anything travelling at high speeds. And no, I cannot do a handstand on my unicycle, so please don't ask.
